The 17-year-old actress and her posse headed over to Millions of Milkshakes after dinner for a little treat.

Miley is one of the many celebs to partner with Sharpie to “ink it pink” all month long in support of the fight against breast cancer. Sharpie will donate $1* to City of Hope for every pink autograph signed and submitted to SharpieUncapped.com during the month of October.

Miley Cyrus Allowed into 21+ Nightclub

Miley Cyrus can’t be tamed! She was spotted hitting up Hollywood nightclub Voyeur last night, and like most hotspots in town it’s 21 and up.

17-year-old Miley didn’t let that stop her though. According to Us Magazine, she showed up just after midnight, and was having a great time inside.

"She was constantly smiling and seemed to be in great spirits," a fellow club-goer said, adding that Cyrus "waved her hands in the air and danced seductively while shaking her hips" to the music.

But unlike the way Lindsay Lohan acted when she was Miley’s age, Cyrus didn’t have any alcohol in the club. Eyewitnesses say she and her friends were surrounded by body guards the whole time.

"It was clear she knew she was being watched by others," the source said. "No alcohol was in her presence the entire night."
